It's a Girl

January was a super long month because we had to wait until Jan 31st to find out if we were having a girl or a boy. Brinley and Hailey really wanted a brother and Sadie wanted another sister. Well I told the girls I would make them a cake. Pink if it was going to be a girl or blue if it was going to be a boy. They were so excited when they got home from school to see what color the cake was. When Sadie cut it open and it was pink everyone was pretty excited except for Brinley. She didn't quite know what to think and was just sure it was a boy. She wanted a brother so bad. It took the whole afternoon for her to get a little happier about this. She still isn't quite sure about it but I think when she see's her cute little sister she will be fine! To be honest I am super happy to have another girl. Girls are what we do best! I wouldn't even know what to do with a boy! Eric was just sure it was another girl and he was right! He loves his girls and they would do anything for him. He is the best Dad. We can't wait for this little one to get here!
