Addie's new toy!

For Family Night we went out and found the perfect toy for Addie!  She loves to kick her feet and when we saw this toy we new it would be perfect for her!  The girls were so excited to get home and let her try it out!  Addie loved it.  She loved looking at herself in the mirror and kicking her feet on the piano.  Of course we ended the night with our favorite ice cream treat!

Painting Nails!

Addison is getting so big and the girls have been begging me to paint her toes!  They were so excited when I told them they could paint them.  We got the Bumbo chair out to see if she would sit in it.  I was amazed at how well she could hold her head up!   She wasn't quite sure what her sister's were doing to her!  They each took a turn and painted her nails!  They looked so cute when they were done!  I'm sure they will want to paint her nails all of the time now!

Cheer Camp

Cheer camp has come and gone but the girls had so much fun.  They have been looking forward to camp all summer.  They have a fun coach they fly in from California who teaches them their new comp routine.  He is goofy and funny and the girls just love him!  They were excited to wear their new practice clothes.  They were so excited it felt like the first day of school!  They were at camp from 9-5 for three days.  They came home each night exhausted but excited to show us what they learned.  Brinley is a flyer and Sadie is her back spot.  They are having lots of fun being on the same team.  After camp was over they had a fun swimming party with their team.  

Addison is 2 Months old!

Time is going so fast!  Addison is already 2 months old.  She just had her check up and she is 8lbs 15oz  

She is 21 inches long and is now in the 10th percentile!  She is growing so well.  Everyone still thinks she is so little but she is feeling and looking bigger to us!  When she was 4 weeks old we figured out she has refulx.  She doesn't really spit up but was really uncomfortable and fussy when she would eat.  The medicine has helped her and she is a happy baby again!  She is just starting to smile and focus on people more!  She is only waking up once during the night to eat.  It made me nervous the first couple of nights but every time I checked on her she was zonked asleep!  Life has been a little hectic this summer and I still am trying to figure out how to be a mom to 4 girls!  They all have different needs at different times and we are all very emotional, but some of my favorite times are when I can just sit and snuggle Addie!  She is so sweet and makes all of the crazy times worth it!

Picture time!

 I can't believe Addison just turned 6 weeks old.  I decided it was time to get her newborn pictures done before she got to big. She is 7 lbs now and is starting to fill out a little bit!  She was so good for most of the pictures and then at the end woke up and started crying!  I was so impressed with our photographer, she was able to calm her down and we got some really cute pictures.  

Happy 4th of July

We love spending the 4th of July in Bear lake.  Sadie had fun painting all of the girl's nails like the flag.  The kids kept Grandma busy painting faces.  She painted the whole weekend and the kids loved it!  We had lots of fun at the lake boating.  The girls loved riding the tube and knee boarding.  Addie even got in the Lake!  They also had fun riding the Ranger and learning to play tennis.  We were a little sad there were no fireworks this year but we still had lots of fun together!

We had such a special weekend.  On June 30th Brinley was Baptized and Addison was blessed.  It was  a special afternoon to be able to do both ordinances on the same day.  Brinley was supposed to get baptized the beginning of June but because I was having Addison that weekend she had to wait until the end of June.  It was so hard for her to wait but I think she thought it was pretty neat to have Addie blessed on the same day.  I think it will be a special memory for her.  Brinley was excited to be baptized on the same day as her friend Kinnley Cline.  They are such fun friends it made the day even more special!  Brinley was so happy that day and was glad her dad could be the one to baptize her.  We are so proud of her and the choice she made to be baptized.  She had lots of family and friends there to support her.

 Addison looked so cute in her blessing dress. She was one month old on her blessing day.  She is still pretty little so the dress was a little big on her.  Grandma Alldredge was able to fix it so it fit her better.  She was fussy all morning,  I was so worried she would cry through the blessing.  I think with a few angels from above she was a perfect angel!  She didn't make a peep!  I am so grateful for a wonderful husband who honors his priesthood and could perform these priesthood ordinances.  We had the family back to our house after for a lunch.  Eric made a cute video of Brinley that we all watched after.  It was a great day.
