24th of July

There are so many fun traditions on the 24th of July but one of our favorite's is going to the Bountiful parade. Lori went early and saved us a great spot to watch. The kids got a front and center seat and loved every minute of it. The parade this year was great! We had lots of fun cheering for Kelli, Brock and Jayci in the Parade. When the parade was over we headed up to Grandma Alldredge's house for fireworks on the roof. We have a perfect view of the Mueller Park fireworks from the top of her roof. It is a little dangerous but the kids love it!

Kelli was waving to all of her cousins!
Brock was excited to see everyone!
Jayci was getting ready to do a backhand spring for us!
Sadie, Brin, and Hailey love doing slushy sales. We live on a great corner for a slushy sale so Saturday's are the day they usually set up. We have some really nice neighbor's who always come and get one!

BearLake 4th of July!

We had such a fun time up at the BearLake Cabin. It is so fun to be with family and make lasting memories together.
We could always find Brinley doing cheerleading!
The lake was so high this year we had to make our way to the North Beach. It was a little crowded but the kids had tons of fun making sandcastles and splashing in the water.
The kids love going on tube and boat rides

Sadie and her cousin Ashley

We had a few fire drills. Everyone loves Uncle Jason!
Hailey and her two best friends/cousins Ava and McKenna
Grandma surprised the kids with some face painting

Brinley and Bridget
We had a fun Corn Hole Tournament. It got a little intense at times but we had so much fun!

Brinley and Kelsey
The kids love the playground and love to see how high they can get on the swings
4 Wheeler rides are always a hit!

Sparklers were a little dangerous but Hailey had tons of fun running around with it. It was ok if you stayed out of her way!
We made smores around the firepit

We had fun watching the fireworks

Sadie and Brinley made red white and blue star rice crispy treats.
We had such a fun week and it was hard to come home. The kids stayed up way to late and woke up way to early! LOL I guess that's what's fun about the cabin and being with your best friends/cousins. They always have so much fun together and there is never a dull moment when we are together!

Sadie's new room

Sadie is loving her new room. She decided she wanted to move to the basement so she could have a bigger room. Her room is the biggest in the house! LOL She wanted to paint her room Aqua with pink accessories.
She got some fun wall tiles for her birthday. She loves to write everything down on her new wall calendar.
Her grandma came and painted flowers on her wall and her Dad recovered the cedar chest and made the valance to go over her window. I think she is starting to feel a little more grown up! She now loves to hang out in her room.

Sadie turns 10

Sadie just celebrated her 10th birthday. She had a fun birthday party and invited some of her friends over for a late night movie party. Sadie had certain requests she wanted for her party and the biggest one was the chocolate fountain! She loves to dip anything in chocolate! We had Strawberry's, Pineapple, Cinnamon Bears, Pretzels, Marshmallows and Rice Crispy treats! The girls were in heaven and by the end of the night were on a sugar high! We also had pizza and the movie popcorn machine. We played a few games and watched a movie. Sadie made rainbow cupcakes for her party and they turned out really cute!

Sadie's friend made her this cute pillow for her room.
Hailey loved being in the middle of all of the girls.

Sadie had a friend show up on the wrong night for her party! She stayed and had a late night with Sadie anyway. They helped make Sadie's birthday cake and did a great job.
We had the family over to celebrate sadie
Sadie was happy to get some accessories for her new bedroom!
And was even more happy with her Justin Beiber movie
