MCS!!

We have definitely had MCS (Middle Child Syndrome) this week. I'm not sure if that is really a syndrome but I thought I was going to pull my hair out by the end of the week! Brinley has been a little out of sorts with all of the activities sadie has been doing the past few weeks. So when
Sadie was gone to a birthday party for her friend we took Brinley and Hailey bowling. Brin was so excited to go. She loves to bowl and wanted to do it all by herself. Hailey loved bowling but I think she is starting to hit her terrible 3's a little early She kept telling me to move away she could do it herself. With any help at all she would start up one of her famous tantrums. We finished the night out with a little takeout and watched Brin's favorite movie Hanna Montana. We had a great night together. Brinley is such a sweet heart most of the time! I think it is hard to see the older sister always doing things that she wants to do. I'm hoping that we are cured from MCS for a while and we can get back to our happy selves again.

Sadie's Piano recital

Sadie had her piano recital last night and she did a great job. She was really nervous to get up in front of everyone. She took her music up with her just in case but she didn't need it. She played it all by memory. I new she could do it and I hope this helps her have a little more confidence for the next one! She also received a certificate for advancing to the next color of piano books. She has been working hard and loves to learn how to play the piano.

she had to wear her music notes ear rings!

1 down 3 to go

Sadie had her very 1st cheerleading competition on saturday. She has been practicing so hard these past few months with her cheerz team. I don't know who was more nervous sadie or me! I was a nervous wreck the closer it came to her performing. I could tell she was a little nervous to start but once she got going she was loving it!! She wasn't feeling well and I was worried she wouldn't make it through but she did!! Her team took 2nd place out of 6 teams. They were very excited. She was a trooper and later that night was sick with a 101 degree fever. I hope she gets better before next weekend for her next one. We have debated many times if she was big enough to do this but she informs me daily about how much she loves it! My only problem is she has two sisters who want to be just like her!! I think I'm in trouble!! I hope I make it through this cheerleading season, wish me luck!!

We had to get the bow just right! ( I hate pictures with me in them!)
not the best picture of hailey and brin! They were a little sad they weren't out their cheering

Happy New Year!!

We celebrated new years day up in Midway sledding at Soldier Hollow. We had such a great time. This year the whole family went and we had 25 in our group. It was so funny going down the hill hooked together. Even Hailey got to do it this year. If you want a fun safe way to go sledding this is it. It was a great way to start 2010 together. I am always amazed at how beautiful this part of the state is. I aways feel like I am in a postcard when I am surrounded by the beautiful mountains. We hope everyone has a happy New Year!
